The Parish Finance Council has been established by the Pastor of St. Vincent
de Paul Roman Catholic Congregation, Peoria, Illinois in order to aid him by its advice and
counsel in the administration of the temporal affairs of the Parish. The Council is
constituted as an advisory Board to the Pastor of St. Vincent de Paul who holds final
authority in all decisions by virtue of his appointment as Pastor. Its decisions shall be
arrived at by consensus.
